TN introduces new industry-centric polytechnic curriculum
Sandwich courses in several disciplines to engage in industrial training for six months each in IV and VII semesters will make students job-ready
The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Nadu, in its N series of curriculum revisions, plans to increase the quality of polytechnic education so that the students become employable and get better salaries.
The students will be analysed for the primary skills, knowledge, attitudes, and technical competencies gained after the course.The curriculum design is planned by introducing relevant sandwich courses, current as well as future job roles of the sector, and collating appropriate content, and hands-on Learning experiences,

17th Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award 2023 announced
17th Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award:27 Indians living overseas have been chosen by the Indian government for thePravasi Bharatiya Samman Awards(PBSA), for outstanding achievements both in India and abroad. The award is the highest honour conferred upon Indians living abroad, including Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) or organisations/institutions established and run by them.
